She will sail for the tast Coist and South at 4 p.m. to-day. The p.s. Anne Milbank arrived in harbour on Saturday evening from Mangapai, with passengers and cargo. The English barque Loch Dee was to have sailed for London early yesterday morning, but •when the anchor was ordered to be heaved the crew refused duty, on the ground of the ship being undermanned by one seaman.
