There was a large attendance of memben of the Naval Artillery last night, when Lieutenant-Colonel Sumpter protented the season's shooting prizes. In doing so he complimented the mon on the steady ihooting thoy had made during the loason, and on the amount of encouragement they had receired from the citizens and others in tho way of special prizes. He had great pleasuro in presenting Seaman W. H. Barnes with tho prize for the champion ihot of the Company. Seaman ltarnes wai the oldest rolunteer in the local companies.
