LONDON July 7. . Men's .-bathing- costumes, are exciting; tremendous attention at American seaside .resorts. The director of one beach has ordered men to wear skirts reaching" half-way to the. knee.' One newspaper says that the reason for men weariivg skirts is perhaps bocause women are showing a tendency to' discard them.
