The Admiralty states that twentythrco were killed, nineteen severely injured, and eighteen slightly wounded on the cruiser Amethyst during her daring trip through The Narrows of tlio Dardanelles to Nagara. j TURKISH MOTOR BATTERIES AT. WORK. r Athens, March 17. searchlights assisted tho land batteries when shelling the mine-,sweepers m the Dardanelles. Motor-cars continually moved tho guns to different positions, retarding their location. After two hours' duel the batteries were silenced.
