BOARDINGHOUSE AT WAITETUNA. (BT TELEGRAPH—OWN CORRESPONDENT,) Raglan, This Day. Sutton’s Halfway House at Waitetuna was destroyed by fire at 3 o’clock this morning. The inmates escaped with difficulty, and nothing was saved. There is no clue to the origin. The building was insured for £l5O in the Victoria office, the stock in store for £IOO, and the furniture for £l5O in the North British. Mr Sutton and Miss Middlemiss were cut about the hands in getting through the windows.
