WELLINGTON, Feb. 11
Rumour is already busy with the names of candidates for the Suburbs S9at. A general impression got about that Dr Newman would stand, but he is leaving for England on Saturday. On the Government side Mr Kirk, Mayor of Petone, and Mr C. Wilson, who was fifth on the Wellington list, are mentioned.
