I This Dat. (Before G. L. Mellish, Esq., R.M.) The Court opened at 11 o'olook. Dbunkbnkbss. — James Gapes, for drunkenness, assaulting, and resisting the police, waa fined 20s. Two inebriates who appeared tor the first time, were fined 5s eaoh. Illegally on Pbbmisbs.— Wm. Lambert, arrested for being illegally on Mr W. Brooker'a premises, Madras street, was sentenced to forty-eight hours' imprisonment, with hard labour. Lunacy fbok Dbink.— James Graham, who has been undergoing medical treatment at Lyttelton, was discharged with a caution.
