During the vacation the' boys were busily engaged in practical farm work, and everything is now well under way for the coming season. The past winter has been very hard on the stock of clothing and the Matron has had difficulty in catering for this large company. At present" the stock of working o!otlies is at a- 'low mark, and the manager will be grateful to receive any parcels of clothing, or clean old linen, iHese may he sent direct to tho Home or left at the'local Salvation Army Captain's quarters. During tho past few weeks parcels of food which were left over from various socials in the district have been received, a'nd for these the boys are sincerelv grateful the gardens surrounding the Home at present look charming with their adornment of lovely spring flowers, and a v.sit to this mterestihj?
