A deputation from the City Council waited upon tho Waimea County Council yesterday in regard to the safety of Rocks road.
Cr. Cr. Pitt, in supporting Cr. Harrison's remarks, said that he would like to see the road widened, but he rc-alised that at- the present time this would be impossible. The deputation having withdrawn, it was resolved on Cr.
