After settling down, Flying Fox came on followed by Scintiilant and Gerolstein, Choson being next, and in this order they came to tho Bushes, where Cannon let a reef out, and Flying Fox immediately speeding away, established a wide gap. The battle fo. places was now left to Scintiilant, Gerolstein, and Choson, and Lord Durham's colt being the first to crack, Scintiilant raced Choson out of it and gained second money, the official verdict being lour lengths and a neck.
