He is now engaged in going over the present stock, and making considerable reductions in the prices, with a view to clearing off to make room for a large supply of New Goods, to arrive per the "Mariner" and " Henbury." Mrs. Paterson also intends to add the Millinery and Dress-Making to the drapery business, under the superintendence of Mrs. Ick. This department will be supplied with the newest fashions both in style and material, and she confidently trusts that these arrangements will enable her to serve her customers much more effectualy than formerly, and ventures to solicit a continuance of the liberal patronage she has hitherto received, and to assure her friends and the public generally that no efforts will be spared on the part of herself and Mr. Ick to supply them at all times with the best articles on the most reasonable terms.
