It is couched in sharp terms, and confirms thevforecast cabled out. It requests a reply by 6 o'clock on Saturday night. It demands the arrest of Major Taukoviteh and Giganovitch, a Servian State employee ; also the punishment of frontier officials for facilitating the passage of the perpetrators of the Serajevo assassinations.

The ultimatum set forth that as a result of the Serajevo magisterial inquh'y, an opened note proved that the crime was hatched at Belgrade by Prinzip, Cabimovitch, Giganovitch, and Grabez, with the assistance of Taukoviteh. Bosobs from the Servian army store -were delivered to these persons, and Giganovitch instructed the perpetrators in the use of the bombs and Browning pistols.
