WEDDING.

MOGRIDGE—GIRLING-

1 Pretty indeed was the wedding yesterday afternoon of Miss Florence: Girling, youngest daughter of the late Mr and Mrs W. B. Girling, to Mr Frank Mogridge, second son of Mr and Mrs G. H. Mogridge, Farnham.. The ceremony, which took place in the. Church of the Nativity, was fully choral, as both the bride and bridegroom have been members of the choir. The. church was prettily decorated for the occasion by friends. The Yen. Archdeacon Graco was the officiating minister. The bride was dressed in cream duchess satin, with, an overdress of marquisette edged. with pearl embroidery. She wore.the customary veil entwined with orangeblossoms, and carried a shower bouquet of white lilies interspersed with maidenhair fern. The bridesmaids were Misses M. Girling, (sister of .the. bride),, G. Mogridge (sister of the bridegroom), and Alison Corry. Miss1 • Girling was attired in pale mauve charmcuse overlaid with ninon, and a purple velvet hat: while she carried" a mauve muff sprinkled ■with violetsand maidenhair fern.- The other twobridesmaids were robed in cream char--meuse with fichus of ninon, and wore pearl Juliet caps, and carried cream, muffs with sprays of yiolets. The bride was given away by her brother,,. Mr W. J. Girling, and as she was leaving the church she was presented with a floral horseshoe by little Miss Edna McOallum, a niece of the bridegroom. Mr Gordon Litchfield "was hsst man. white Messrs A. Rose and' S. Mogridge acted as groomsmen. A reception was. afterwards held at "Pine Grove," tie residence of Mr W. J. Girling, after which Mr and Mrs Mogridge left by motor-car for Picton/ en route to Melbourne and Sydney. The bride's travelling outfit was a blue tweed costume, with a grey hat trimmed with rova] blue, and grey fox furs. The bridegroom presented the bride with a gold watcli bracelet. Miss M. Girling with a garnet pendant, and the other-two bridesmaids with gold brooches. The bride's present to the bridegroom was a, gold albert. •
