ENGLISH FOLK SONGS

The Women's Court has an interesting programme scheduled for tomorrow. ".■.."■•.

In the afternoon a horticulture lecture on bee-keeping will be delivered by Mrs. Molly Dodson. •

An attraction in the evening will be a programme devoted to English folksongs and dances, to be given in the lecture hall. English folk-songs will be mimed and sung by girls from the Wellington Girls' College, under the direction of Miss Doris Symes, and the folk dancing will be contributed by students from the Teachers' Training College, with Miss Hilda Taylor as commentator. In addition, selections of English music will be played by the Women's Centennial String Orchestra, under the leadership of Miss Ava Symons, conducted by Madame BettsVincent. , ;
