WARSAW, July 20.
Danzig police arrested the Polish army officer. Colonel Sobocinski. He was subsequently released.
It is alleged he contravened the prohibition against navigating a military area.
LEADERS TO SEE HITLER

BERLIN, July 20
Herr Hitler will again confer with Danzig leaders at Berchtesgaden next week. Nazi circles are again alluding to the Hitler plan as a peaceful one.
