DANZIG SENATE TO POLAND

WITHDRAWAL OF OFFICIALS

BERLIN, June 5.

The Danzig Senate has sent a Note to Poland renewing its demand for the withdrawal of three Polish officials concerned in the recent Customs incident on the frontier, also complaining of the attitude and numbers of Polish Customs officials in the Free City, which the Polish Press describes aft "another provocation."

Chodacki, intends to inform the Nazi leader in Danzig, Herr Greiser, that Poland refuses to reduce the number of Customs inspectors'in the Free City. He declares that the inspectors are necessary to prevent, the smuggling of armg from East Prussia into Danzig.
