In the international tennis tournament at Dusseldorf, Fraulein Aussem beat Miss Ryan, 7 —5, 6 —4 in the final of the women's singles. In the men's singles Borotra beat Boussus o—4, 9 —7. In the men's doubles Borotra and Boussus beat Boyd and 6—3, 3 —6, 10 —8, 6—3. In the mixed doubles Boyd and Miss Ryan beat Borotra and Fraulein Aussem 2—6, 6—4, 6—3. At Amsterdam, Cummings (Queensland) defeated Van der Heide, a substitute for Diemer Kook (Holland), 3—6, 6—l, 6 —4, 4—6, 6—3. Timnier beat MooQj 7—6—l* 7 i —& _
