(Br Telegraph.—Press Association.) AUCKLAND. This Day. Patrick Sullivan, was charged at the Supreme Court with breaking and entering the residence of Henry Mai shall. The partios wore related by marriage, and after the evidence which was of a conflicting nature His Honor suggested as the affair occurred in a family squabble it was useless pursuing it and the jury returned a a verdict of " not guilty.'.
