I, the undersigned owner of Section No. 23, do hereby give notice that I require the owner or agent of said section Ne 21 , to assist me hi erecting a dividing fence within tbirty-one days from this date ; otherwise, I shall proceed to erect tbe same, and call upon such owners or agents whom ,it may concern for payment of one half of the costs of such fence.
