Co's s.s. Wanganul, Captain Linklater, sailed from Wanganui on Sunday the 21st inßt, with a cargo of cattle and sheep. Arrived at Taranaki on the 22nd at 1.30 a.m., landed stock without any loss, and sailed again the same day, at 5 p.m. Cams to an anchor off the bar on the 23rd at 7.15 a.m. I*eft Wanganui on Wednesday, the 24th, with cattle and sheep,' and arrived at Picton on Thursday, at 4.30 a.m. Landed stock wjthout loss, and sailed the same day at 1.30 p.m.; and arrived in this harbor at 7.15 p.m. same day. She experienced moderate weather and rain, during the whole of the voyage. She sails again for Picton and Wanganui on Sunday, the 28th inst The seat of Government Commissioners wore at Wanganui, awaiting the arrival of the " Superintendent from Manawatu. The Rangatira.— The N.Z.S.N. ' Co's b.s. Bangatlr#, Captain.Mundle, arrived at Wanganui on Wednesday, at noon. It was rumored that she was to proceed up the river as far as possible, with the Seat of Government Commissioners. She will be enabled to go about ten or twelve miles above the site of the town.
