London, Jan. 5. A cargo of Adelaide wheat has been sold at 39s 9d. January 6, At the annual meeting of the Loan and Mercantile Agency Company yesterday, a dividend of 10 per cent and a bonus of 5 per cent •was' declined ; £12,000 was carried to the reserve fund.
