FALL IN PRICES

WELLINGTON, April 15. There was a chop of Id per lb. in the retail price of butter this morning, and the ruling rate is Is Id. Supplies have kept up well, and factories in the Manawatu, Wairarapa, and Taranaki are generally making more butter now than was the ease at the. end of February.
