There was a large gathering at Bulls Town Hall on Monday afternoon, when Mi*. John Stevens/iM.P., r.vesentea Mr. Herbert, manager of the Bank of New South Wales, who, after thirteen years' residence in Bulls, is going with Mrs. Herbert on an. extended trip to Europe, with a pui'se of sovereigns in recognitien of-his services to the community.
