ENTERTAINMENTS.
. The annual concert in add of the Excursion Fund of the Cusb district school was held at the Institute Hall last evening, when there was a large attendance. Mr Spencer presided. An excellent programme was provided, consisting of songs, recitations {tad duets, to which Mrs Stubbs, Misses Hunter, Hassall (2), Stnbbs, Walker, Messrs Setm.>!l, Haig, Henderson, Forbes junr., and M^Kie contributed. An enjoyable feature was tie rendering of six action songs by the children trained by Miss Gardner.
