Mr M'llwraith, of Glasgow, brother to the Premier of Queensland, ia attempting an experiment for the transmission of refrigerated food from the Colonies to England in the steamer Strathleaven. He has arranged with the Government of New South Wales to bring out immigrants in Sep., experimenting in refrigeration during the outward voyage. Archbishop Vaughan has issued his tkird pastoral.
