(Before W. FitASER, Esq., R. 11.) Drunkenness.—Mary Brennan, who wag charged with having been drunk and incapable iu Pollen-street, Shortland, was fined 10s, or in default 24 hours' imprisonment. 'I HE AtfCTIONEEBs' QffAßEEt.—Edtvin Binney was charged that, on the 13th instant, he did unlawfully assault one Frederick A. Pulleine, by seizing him by the collar and knocking him down.—Mr Macdonald appeared for the plaintiff, and said that, at tue request of the defendant's counsel, he had to ask for an adjournment until the 19th instant.—The adjournment was granted,
