Sib,—As a shareholder in the Italiaa Company, I would very much, like to know whether it bo the case that the Central Italy Company are working oa suffrage out of the Golden Calf Company adit level, as I am credibly informed that the Central Italy have no legal agreement and may be turned out at any moment by the Golden Calf Company. In that case " confusion would be worse confounded," and amalgamation with the Central Italy Company would bo dear, bought upon any terms.—l am, &c., A Shabehoideb. 1
