POLICE COURT.—YESTERDAY.
(Before W. Eraser, Esa., R.IL) Tbansfee of License.—l he application for the transfer of the license of the Court House Hotel from Samuel Young to Kenneth Brown, which had . been adjourned, was again called. My Tyler appeared in support of the application, and Mr Macdonald on behalf of the Official Assignee. Air Tyler stated that the opposition of the trustee was withdrawn. The application was granted.
