Defendant,'who,had-been on bail, made Ids appearance at the bar in a worse slate than he had been jn previously. He was taken away to gaol,—Johu Kobinson was fiiied 10s or to be imprisonment for 24 hours for having being drunk and incapable. !.''.•-..
