(ißy Scout.) The Waitara f Rifles were inspected last Monday night by Captain and Adjutant Westonp-^-The company was exercised in various movements and acquitted^ itself well. For some time the corps was prabticalljL-withdut officers, but the positipns have now been filled and the company is improving in drill and membership. ? There-; was -a,, ! poor, muster of the Guards' yesterday afternoon at the par- 1 ade v io St. Mary's Church. Only about ' 20 men^attended. .
