UPPER MOUTERE.
The Public Hall was crowded to its utmost capacity when Mr Clement Wragge. gave his famous lecture, "A Journey through tho Heavens." The lecturer captivated -his hearers, and the wonders of the Universe and its Creator were held up in most impressive and inspiring manner. To all present the lecture was a real treat, and the splendid photographs, numerous and marvellous, wore a_ revelation indeed. Many who were present afterwards expressed a wish that such an opportunity might occur again, for it is very seldom indeed tliat the br.ck country districts are favoured with a chance liko this. The after exhibition of radium was also highly appreciated by a large number who saw lor tho first time what is indeed the greatest wonder of modern science and discovery. Should Mr Wraggo visit Upper Moutere again he can be assured of a good' reception.
