London, Jan. 13. i The "Daily Graphic" states that, recognising that South African claims are in a category different from Burns, !Ph lip Jina Co. 's grievances, Germany withdraws her demand for identical treatment, and is now willing to arbitrate in the Marshall Islands dispute by itself. It is believed that a final friendly understanding wlil soon be reached.
