ITALIAN EMIGRATION.
Kome, Jan. 13. Signor Zunini, Italian Consul at Perth (W.A.), has left Rome. He will submit to the Agent-General of Westralia notifications in a draft agreement providing for taking immigrants to Western Australia. If the agreement be accepted by the Commonwealth, a colony of 100 families will be gradually founded in 1908. If this settlement proves satisfactory 500 families will follow.
