EXAMINATION RESULTS. Several classes conducted at the municipal baths, under the auspices of the Royal Society, were examined recently, the following candidates succeeding in gaining awards:Normal Training College.—Award of merit and honorary instructor's certificate: Douglas B. Copland. Bronze medallion and proficiency certificate: Misses W. Kaye, D. E. Thompson, A, L. Black and C. Mailing, and Messrs B. F. Hayman, M. F. O'Donohoe, S. M. McGinnis, C. B. Arnold, and E. Manger. Proficiency certificate: Misses R. Walker and I. I. D. Pointon. Elementary certificate: Miss W. J. B. Black. Kaiapoi Life-Saving Club.—Honorary instructor's certificate: G. 11. Keat. Bronze medallion and proficiency certificate: D. Gillies, P. Hart, and A. T. Free. Proficiency certificate: G. Cummins. Royal Life-saving Society Class.— Bronze medallion and proficiency certificate: G. 11. Keat and G. A. Eraser. Proficiency certificate: P. Bamford and F. Malmanghe.
