SYDNEY, November 30
The hearing of the case in which the Attorney-General (the Hon. D. E. Hall) claims £SOOO damages for alleged libel against the newspaper "Worker," has commenced.
The ground of action is an article charging miscarriage of justice against Mr Hall in refusing to file a bill against a man committed for trial for allegedly making a false declaration.
