TIMES v. DOMINION.
LIBEL ACTION SETTLED, Presa Association. DUNEDIN, November 17. The libel action, "New Zealand Times" v. the "Dominion," which was set down for hearing in the Supreme Court here to-morrow, before Mr Justice Sim and a jury, has been settled. The claim was for £3OOO damages. Twice the action was tried at Wellington with inconclusive results, and a change of venue to Dunedin was then agreed upon.
