NORTH CANTERBURY MATCHES In the North Canterbury Cricket Association 's matches on Saturday, Ohoka defeated Cust by 34 runs, scoring 92 (Bower 20, Martin .17) to Cust's 58 (Dingavin 18). West Eyreton scored 63 (D. McGregor 14, Pester 13) to Sefton ? s 56 (.Judge 29), and thus won by 7 runs. Ohoka B scored 29 and 96 (11. Baynes 46) against Swannanoa, who made 156 (.T. Bennett 41, C. Skevington 31, F. Yerrall 23). Swannanoa thus won by an innings and 31 runs. . Loburn beat Woodend by 20 runs, on the first' innings. Loburn scored 157 (G. Croft 40 not out, J. Bla,ck 35, E. Mavfarlane 22). Archer took three of the Loburn wickets for 17 runs, and A. Smith three for 39. Woodend scored 1.37 (H. Moody 32 not out, H. Little 20). Bowling for Loburn, Davis took seven wickets for 60 runs.

VETERANS v. DRUIDS. A match between the A r eterans' and Druids' cricket clubs was played at Sydenham Park on Saturday. Druids scored 180 (L. Kent 55 not out, L. Hales 2(5, 11. Smith 21, T. Hales 21, Snooks 21 not out). The Veterans compiled 153 (Page 50 retired, Barrell 30, Simpson 22) and lost by 27 runs on the first innings. BIBLE CLASSES' MATCH. Teams from the Avonside Bible Class and Club and the St. Matthew's YoungMen's Bible Class met in a cricket match at St. Albans Park on Saturday. Avonside scored 113 (Ferguson 22, Russell 21, Criekton 15), and St. Matthews made 30 (Carrington .11). Avonside thus won by 83 runs, on the first innings. MALVERN TEAM.
