ITALY'S NAVAL EXPEDITION. AN INTIMATION FROM GREECE. By Cable. — Press Association. — Copyright. (Received October 28, 8.45 a.m.y LONDON, October 27. Greece announces her intention to reoccupy Northern Epirus, in view of the breakdown of the Albanian Government. Greece emphasises her action as entirely provisional. ROME, October 27. It is officially stated that the Italian naval expedition occupied Valona for the purpose of safeguarding the neutrality of Albania. YOUNG TURKS' MISSION. ITALY INTERVENES. (Received October 28, 12.30 p.m.) ROME, October 27. A mission, composed of four members of the Young Turk Party, arrived at Bari with the object of persuading Essad Pasha to adopt a purely Mussulman policy in Albania. The Italian authorities declined to allow them to remain in Italy, and placed them in custody pending their departure home again.
