Lieutenant Dearsley, who leaves with the infantry Regiment as dentist, arrived in camp this morning. A complete roll of all companies and squadrons was handed yesterday to Mr Salmon, of Wellington, who is to make from it an electoral roll for the purpose of holding an election under the provisions of the Bill now before Parliament. The rolls are now in the hands of the printer, and it is expected they will be completed to-day. General leave is being granted to the troops from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. to-dav. In connection with the monster fare-well-to be held in the King Edward Barracks to-morrow evening, the troops will parade at the camp at 7 p.m., and march into town.
