PERSONAL.
Mr Ormsby Barnes, lieutenant in the King's Own Royal West Kent Regiment, leaves this afternoon on his return to India. Mr Barnes has been on furlough and still had about three months to stay in New Zealand. He noAv returns direct to Karachi and to the hill station at Moltan, where his regiment is.
