England, the League to.#; take 25 per cent, of the gross takings. *~ In regard to a complaint by the Football Association that a man who was a defaulter on their books was playing the League game, it was decided to write „ to the player concerned asking for an explanation. Mr Boyne reported that he had received intimation, that 24 junior players were prepared to pay their own expenses for a trip to Wellington to play the Wellington juniors. It was decided to write to the Wellington League asking if August 22 would be a suitable date for the match. It was decided that the Addington and Liawood juniors play on the No. 2 ground at the Show Grounds next Saturday. E A combined -team is to play Sydenham on the No. 1 ground. The final for the President's Cup is to be plaved on Saturday at St. Albaus Park.
