Air tpmperature, 56.5. Cloudf (0-10),-7. Wind, N.E., very light. > * GOVERNMENT WEATHER FORECAST. The following forecast -was issued by the Government Meteorologist, Wellington, at 9 , a.m., to-day for the ensuing 24 hours:— Indications are for moderate to strong northerly winds prevailing, and veering by north to west. Dull weather may be expected, with much mist and fog in parts; rain rprobable. The barometer has a" falling * tendency, and will be unsteady. ,
