MORE SUBDIVISION.
MOUNT PARNASSUS ESTATE. It is understood that another of Canterbury's large estates will come upon the market within the next few months. The Mt. Parnassus Estate, owned by Mr E. 1). Giles, is to be subdivided into suitable farms. There remains about 5000 acres of this estate, much of which is heavy agricultural and grazing land, and will be specially suitable for subdivision, being alongside the railway.
