ORANGEMEN IN ULSTER.
MONSTER DEMONSTRATIONS.

Seventy thousand people attended a meeting at Drumbeg (County. Down), where Lord Londonderry said the House of Lords would stick to its amendments at all costs.
Meetings of .'50,000 Orangemen at Newtownards (Down), 20,000 at Moira (Down), and 10,000 at Templepatrick (Antrim) passed resolutions pledging Orangemen to risk all in defence of their civil and religious liberties, and calling on the leaders to take the necessary forward steps to oppose Home Rule.
CONSTABULARY RESIGNING. NO RECRUITS AVAILABLE. It is reported that there have been wholesale resignations from the Royal Irish Constabulary in Ulster. Recruits are not obtainable. THE AMENDING BILL. THIRD READING IN LORDS. (Received July .15, 12.15 p.m.) LONDON, July 14. In the House of Lords the Amending Bill lias been read a third time.
