COURT'S FINDING PREDICTED. By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright. (Received July 10, 1.10 p.m). OTTAWA, July 9. While no'hint of the decision of the Admiralty investigation of the Empress of Ireland disaster has been given, it is understood that recommendations will be made for the better navigation of river mouths during fogs, with separate courses for vessels proceeding up and down the St. Lawrence. The court's finding ia understood to be unanimous.
