A SOLDIER'S EXPERIENCE. "Times" and "Sydney Sun" Services. (Received July 10, 8 a.m.) LONDON, July 9. A man named Frederick Bradley, wearing the Victoria Cross, was presented at the West Ham police court for alleged drunkenness. He stated that he had served in the Boer War. He had arrived from Wellington on Thursday, and had his money stolen.
