A COSTLY MISTAKE.
Press Association. WELLINGTON, April 14. William Burroughs, aged 24, a cheese factory assistant, whose parents : live in the Catlins district, Otago, died in the Greytown Hospital last night from injuries sustained through being run over by a motor-bus while returning from the Tauherenihau races. His hat blew off in the high wind, and in endeavouring to recover it the motorj bus ran over him.
