A SUCCESSFUL GATHERING.

OPENING THE DOMAIN. The residents of Papanui ma'de holiday this afternoon, when the local Sports Club celebrated the opening of the Domain by holding a meeting at which all kinds of competitions were held. The events on the programme comprised athletic, trotting, cycling, and dancing events.
