INQUEST ON THE VICTIMS. By Cable. —Press Association. —Copyright. (Received March 21, 11 a.m.) SYDNEY, March 21. : At the inquest on the victims- of the railway disaster, the guard declared that the speed of the train/ was not more than four miles an hour. . Other witnesses estimated the speed at 15 to 20 miles. It was shown that the night was foggy, but" that no fog signals were used.
