NO WATER OR OMGADE, ... By Cable. — zPress Association. — Copyright. (Eeceived February 14, 11 a.m.) SYDNEY, Febrixary 14. Mackenzie's store at Manilla has been destroyed by fire. The damage is estimated at £20,000. There was no fire brigade or water supply, and citizens were powerless to fight the outbreak.
